All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service. If you are a customer within the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

• Once you notify us, you must return the item within 14 days after submitting your cancellation request.
• If returning for cancellation under EU consumer laws, we will refund the full cost, including standard shipping fees. However, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Exceptions: EU law does not apply to personalized items, perishable goods, or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., opened cosmetics, sealed personal care products).

• Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

🚚 Return shipping costs:

• If the return is due to damage, defect, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping.
• If returning for any other reason (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• For EU customers, standard shipping fees may be refunded under cancellation rights, but return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
